Covid Chronicles

When Covid hit, when everything was up in the air, we knew so little about the virus and how it would play out. It was almost impossible to imagine where we would end up in the coming months, and picturing the future seemed so daunting, so bleak. But it was also such a strange and singular time, full of bizarre images and behaviors, both mundane and extreme. Naturally, I kept a sketchbook throughout the first year of the pandemic, capturing my experience and the events of the world as they unfolded around us in 2020.
